Tabs

All tabs use the period and tag filter selected at the top of the page.

Analytics

Stat cards for the selected period, each compared with the previous period: Income, Expenses, Net, Savings rate (share of income kept), Transactions, and Avg daily expense. Below them:

• Forecast — expected income, expenses, and net at the end of the period, while it is still running.
• Insights — short notes such as the biggest change in a tag, the priciest weekday, and no-spend days.
• Top spending tags with their share and change; click one to filter by it.
• Largest expenses of the period; See all opens the List.

Balances Per Tag shows the balance of every tag marked Show in Balances (including its child tags), for This period or All time: useful for tracking things like savings or a loan.

Calendar

• Week / Month — a day grid with each day’s totals. Click a day to see its transactions and upcoming recurring payments.
• Year — a card per month with income, expenses, and the number of upcoming recurring payments; click a month to open it.

Cards at the top show actual Income, Expenses, and Net compared with the previous period, plus a forecast that includes upcoming recurring payments in the period.

Budgets

Your budgets with progress bars for the current period, pause/resume, edit, delete, and history.

Tags

Income and expenses by tag, as Donuts or a List. The list shows each tag’s amount and its change versus the previous period.

Click a donut slice or a tag in the list to open its details: total, transactions, and average amount versus the previous period, the last 12 months, subtags, and the largest transactions (See all opens them in the List).

Flow

Money flow as bars of income and expenses, grouped by Day, Week, or Month. Cards above the chart show Income, Expenses, Net, and the average expenses per day, week, or month.

Click a bar to open the List for that day, week, or month.

Compare with previous period (on by default) overlays the previous period on the chart and shows the change on the cards.

Note

Weeks run Monday to Sunday. The first and last weeks only count the days inside the selected month or year.

Trend

A line chart of your running balance over the selected period, with cards for Net, Avg daily change, the Low and Peak (with their dates) and, while the period is running, a Forecast of the net at its end. Compare with previous period (on by default) shows the previous period’s line and the change on the cards.

List

A table of all transactions in the period:

• Search notes to filter by note text.
• Sort by Date or Amount (click the column header).
• Each row shows the source icon, date, amount, tags, note, and attachments.
• Click a tag to open its details, the same view as on the Tags tab.
• Edit or hold-to-delete each row.
